Our Co-Founder Jeremy McNally has been honored with a National Parents Day Award, presented at the historic Pasadena City Hall in California — and this recognition is even more meaningful because he shares this mission with his son, Aiden McNally, who co-founded Relief Alliance alongside him.

This father-son team has been at the heart of Relief Alliance from the beginning. Together, Jeremy and Aiden have poured their hearts into empowering the youth, walking alongside the homeless, and building a growing alliance of nonprofits that believe in one thing: we are stronger together.

As a father, Jeremy has led with faith, compassion, and unwavering love. As a son, Aiden has stepped up with passion, creativity, and a heart for real impact. Their partnership is more than just leadership — it’s a shared calling to bring hope where it’s needed most.

 But the celebration doesn’t stop there…

We’re also incredibly proud to share that Stephanie Findley, our newest board member and media director, was also honored with a National Parents Day award! Stephanie has brought extraordinary heart, creativity, and vision to Relief Alliance since joining our leadership team. Her work behind the scenes — helping us share our mission through media and storytelling — has helped elevate our message and reach more families in need.

Together, Jeremy, Aiden and Stephanie represent the spirit of Relief Alliance: a united effort to restore hope, rebuild lives, and remind people they are not alone.
