“Bill Duke gets his star on the walk of fame”

In our boundless efforts to discover the true character in a thespian’s performance, or the essence of a real man, we find ourselves waiting for the alchemy to appear. When the irrefutableBill Duke walks in, everyone realizes that acting is being.
This morning at 6201 Hollywood Blvd, EzWay Broadcasting covered Bill’s walk into history, while being honored with a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, number 2837 to be exact. “My parents, with discipline, guided my way,” he revealed in earnest.

The actor extraordinaire, director, writer, producer, and mentor, Duke is the indubitable essence of acting. Today is also his 83rdbirthday! Dr. Dre, Lawrence Hilton Jacobs, and Glynn Turman, who spoke along with a myriad of Hollywood elites, showed up to show out in support of a genius talent and a man who decidedly gets it.

Born February 26, 1943, Bill worked his way to Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York. His pivotal moment came when James Hall, the president of the college, gave Duke the funds to cover three years at Boston University. You create your luck.
He agrees that actors make better directors while promoting quality relationships between directors and actors. “Don’t forget how you got there” is a precedent he stands on, and “You have to love yourself” is obligatory! What a way to please your parents.
Bill Duke TV is powered by EzWay Network and distributed by IVOD EzWay. Duke is a member of the EzWay Wall of Fame and an eighteen-year friend of EZ himself. We fully support Bill in his endeavors and understand his historical significance.
Since 1921, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce was established to promote the business interests of Hollywood. Today, they bestowed a legacy honor upon Mr. Duke. The Chamber has funded improvements for the Hollywood Bowl, contributed to the Hollywood sign, and is thriving with Steve Nissen at the helm.
We had a quick chat about the question, “Did acting at AFI make him a better director, or did directing at AFI make him a better actor?” We laughingly landed on the writing having an impact on both, and that stage plays prepare youunequivocally. I can’t wait for my exclusive interview with him, so he can explain what “blamneesia” and “edutainment” mean!
His mentorship of titans like Taraji P. Henson and others is a staple in his repertoire, an unnoticed aspect of his methodology. Lloyd Richards, “Raisin in the Sun,” said: “After you learn your lines, fall backwards into darkness! You have to become the character.” He loves complex characters with depth and conviction.
The blistering pace our planet is facing is becoming more and more driven by the digital sphere. Here at EzWay, we accept our gift of responsibility, and as we globalize our reach, we will continue to bring you the latest technologies as we win victories for humanity!
Thank you to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Duke Media
